TERMS & CONDITIONS, PRIVACY POLICY FOR MOBILE APP USERS
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. Seller – State Enterprise of the Republic of Lithuania Centre of Registers, private legal entity Innovation script, UAB registered in the Register of Legal Entities - Vilnius Branch, legal entity code 305636464, VAT payer code LT100013467515, registered office address Elnių str. 25-14, LT-08101 Vilnius, correspondence address Elnių str. 25-14, LT-08101 Vilnius.
1.2. The Laundromat App – the mobile app for ordering the self-service laundry washers and dryers.
1.3. Customer – 1) legally capable natural person, i.e. a person of full age, whose legal capacity is not limited by court order; 2) a minor from fourteen to eighteen years of age, who has the consent of parents or guardians, except in cases when he is emancipated; 3) legal entity; 4) duly authorized representatives of all the above specified persons.
1.4. Parties – the Customer and the Seller.
1.5. Personal Data – any information related to a natural person – data subject, whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly determined by using such data as his personal number, one or several physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural and social features typical to a person.
1.6. Rules – these TERMS & CONDITIONS, PRIVACY POLICY FOR MOBILE APP USERS.
2. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
2.1. The Customer agrees to use The Laundromat App in a fair and proper manner.
3. COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS
3.1. The Laundromat App is protected by European and foreign copyright, trademark, and/or patent laws. The Customer of this site may not copy, download, distribute, reproduce, license, modify or alter, post or frame-in The Laundromat App including any text, graphics, video, audio, software code, Customer interface design or logos or any other proprietary information such as text, page layout and design, images or form. The Laundromat App is exclusively for the Customer's personal, non-commercial use and the site may not be used in any other manner whatsoever. Neither this site or any portion of this site may be commercially exploited without the express written permission of Innovation script, UAB.
3.2. The Laundromat App is a trademark/service mark of Innovation script, UAB and a registered trademark of Innovation script, UAB. Any other trademarks or service marks or logos are the property of their respective owners.
4. WEB SITE CONTENT
4.1. The information presented on this app is for information purposes only. Although the information is believed to be reliable, Innovation script, UAB warranty its accuracy or reliability. The accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the information presented on this web site cannot be guaranteed. Innovation script, UAB shall have no responsibility for any damages arising from the use of this site including but not limited to direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or other damages incurred by reliance on the information presented, or for the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the information. No warranty is extended for any delays or errors in the delivery or transmission of the information or services.
5. NO LIABILITY FOR VIRUSES, WORMS ETC
5.1. Innovation script, UAB shall not be liable for any harm caused by transmission of any computer virus, worm or any other computer code that might be used to access, modify, delete, damage, corrupt, disrupt, or in any way impede, hinder, or disable in any manner the operation of Customer's software, hardware, data, or property. Innovation script, UAB does not warrant that this app, servers, servers of any third-party providers, or e-mails are free of viruses or other harmful components.
5.2. Innovation script, UAB shall not have any responsibility for any damages arising from the use of this site including but not limited to direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive or other damages incurred.
6. PRIVACY
6.1. Innovation script, UAB does not collect any Customer's data (nor email address, nor phone number).
7. LIMITS OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
7.1. This site is provided "AS IS" and on an "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Customer expressly agrees that the use of this app is at the Customer's sole risk. NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE MADE REGARDING THE OPERATION OF THIS APP OR ITS CONTENT OR INFORMATION. TO THE FULLEST PERMISSIBLE EXTENT UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, Innovation script, UAB DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY.
8. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW, SITE POLICY MODIFICATION
8.1. By using this site you agree that Lithuanian law shall govern these Terms of Use without regard to conflict of laws and all disputes, if any, that may arise between you and Innovation script, UAB. However, violations of copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights may be prosecuted. Innovation script, UAB may make changes to this site at any time including but not limited to content, and may also change policies and Terms of Use at any time.

Links to non-Innovation script, UAB Websites are provided solely as pointers to information on topics that may be useful to Customers of The Laundromat App, and Innovation script, UAB has no control over the content on such non-Innovation script, UAB Websites. If you choose to link to a Web site not controlled by Innovation script, UAB, Innovation script, UAB makes no warranties, either express or implied, concerning the content of such site, including the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability thereof for any particular purpose, nor does Innovation script, UAB warrant that such site or content is free from any claims of copyright, trademark, or other infringement of the rights of third parties or that such site or content is devoid of viruses or other contamination. Innovation script, UAB does not guarantee the authenticity of documents on the Internet. Links to non-Innovation script, UAB sites do not imply any endorsement of or responsibility for the opinions, ideas, products, information, or services offered at such sites, or any representation regarding the content at such sites.
10. DELIVERED PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
10.1. The Laundromat App asks to turn on the location services.
10.2. The Laundromat App Offers the nearest laundromat.
10.3. The Laundromat App Offers self-service laundry washing and drying.
11. THE PROCESS OF THE SERVICE DELIVERY TO THE CUSTOMER
11.1. The Laundromat App Customer is following these steps:
11.1.1. 1st They select an Available machine;
11.1.2. 2nd They select a program;
11.1.3. 3rd They make the payment;
11.1.4. 4th After the payment has been made a machine is "Ready to start";
11.1.5. 5th When a Customer has loaded the laundry into the machine, added the detergents (if needed) and closed the doors, they push the "Start" button and service begins.
11.2. The Laundromat App Customer must be present at the particular laundromat when confirming a payment. Innovation script, UAB is not responsible if the Customer was not present, made a payment and another Customer started to use the machine.
12. RESPONSIBILITY
12.1. The Customer shall confirm that he has read the terms of use of The Laundromatt App, is fully responsible for their laundry, and will undertake full responsibility for any damages caused to the property of the laundry facility, which resulted from failure to follow these rules:
12.1.1. Laundry will not be properly washed and dried in overloaded washing machines, and may be damaged. The Seller indicates recommended loading which is about 2/3 of the drum. If Customer loads more laundry and damage occurs – Customer is claimed responsible;
12.1.2. If the Customer chooses the cycle without detergent then they have to put the detergent by themselves to the machine and dose the detergent precisely to avoid excessive foaming;
12.1.3. Before placing the laundry in the washer or the dryer, The Customer must make sure it is clean inside;
12.1.4. It is not allowed not wash or dry laundry that has been stained with oil or other chemicals;
12.1.5. The Customer must make sure that their laundry is suitable for chosen washing or drying temperature;
12.1.6. It is not allowed not wash or dry laundry that has been covered with animal fur;
12.1.7. The Customer must remove all the small items from the laundry (coins, toothpicks, etc.) as they can clog the machine;
12.1.8. The Customer must make sure that the dryer filter is empty if it’s possible to reach;
12.1.9. The Customer must clean out the dryer filter after drying if it’s possible to reach;
12.1.10. The Customer must be present at the end of the cycle, so that they would collect their own laundry and make sure that they have collected all their laundry.
12.2. The Seller shall be exempt from any liability in cases when losses result from the fact that, regardless of the recommendations provided by the Seller and the obligations of the Customer, the Customer did not read these Rules and the Privacy Policy, even though such an opportunity was provided for them.
13. PAYMENT PROCESS (PAYMENT TERMS)
13.1. All payments are made via The Laundromat App by any device that can handle this process (Apple and Android smartphones).
13.2. Customer should make the payment at the laundry room, when they are ready to do the laundry.
13.3. For payment Customer must have a VISA, Mastercard or JCB debit/credit card that is registered for internet payments.
13.4. Innovation script, UAB does not manage the payment process because it is connected to a local payment gateway. All the procedures of The Laundromat App payments are processed by the payment service provider of the particular laundry facility. Payment solutions are provided by companies certified in corresponding country. No data is stored, it is processed according to procedures established by the legislation of corresponding country.
13.5. Third parties are responsible for the content, correctness, completeness and accuracy of information provided by third parties. Innovation script, UAB is not obliged to check the transmitted or stored external information or to identify illegal actions.
14. REFUND POLICY
14.1. To receive a refund of credit on your The Laundromat App account, please send a copy of the original receipt (which must include the Receipt ID or Transaction ID) from your bank account or PayPal and a Screenshot of your The Laundromat App account to: info@innovationscript.com.
14.2. No refund will be given on balances of less than 1.00€. Refunds will be made using the payment method used for purchase. Refunds will not be processed for any free credit.
15. CUSTOMER SERVICE TERMS
15.1. All the required information is provided on The Laundromat App. As well there is additional contact information on the The Laundromat App website to report for any problems.
15.2. If a Customer has any problems with a provided service, the service has not been provided after payment or if there are any other problems, The Laundromat App team can look for the best solution on that moment. Either payment can be refunded or a machine can be started remotely.
16. THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE PURCHASE/SALES AGREEMENT, PROCEDURES FOR THE RETURN AND REPLACEMENT OF GOODS
16.1. A Customer has the right to complain about the service to us at any time. If a Customer has a demand to refund the money for the service our team will process the provided information within 3-4 working days. The order of the service can be cancelled only before machine has been started. It cannot be stopped in the middle of washing process. Machine doors are blocked until the process is finished.
17. CUSTOMER AND PAYMENT DATA SECURITY PROCESS
17.1. To provide an encoded data channel in the Internet we are using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
18. CUSTOMER DATA COLLECTION AFTER THE PAYMENTS
18.1. Innovation script, UAB does not store any Customer card information.
